Order Processing Time

Orders are made to order so processing time is within 3-6 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days.

Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible if your package is lost , stolen or damaged during transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaime/ refused, or lost/stolen but marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact USPS to help file a claim as all packages are insured. Anyother questions or concerns please contact us immediately, Instagram would be the quickest way.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
